We will offer ideas and advice on design changes, interior finishes, product options, budgeting, and contruction scheduling.
There are several options available to assist you in the construction of your new Viceroy home.
- Purchase a shell - We can ship you the Viceroy package and a Viceroy Owner/Builder Contracting Manual (which will help you through the steps of building your new home) and you can take it from there.
- Shell completed - We can bring your project to the point where the Viceroy shell is complete and ready for you to finish your new home. This typically includes all aspects from getting permits, organizing the foundation, framing, windows in, siding and decks on, to the roof shingled. This home would appear completely finished from the outside.
- Turnkey - If total turnkey is your preference then leave it up to us to look after all the details and we will hand you the key to your dream home.
